(FINISHED) – This course is a set of a Well-being series. It can be attended as a one off or in conjunction with other well-being series that have been developed (Activity, Learning, Connecting, Giving) The course aims to provide a small group of students with the support, tips, techniques and skills to Improve their well-being, This session will give a brief overview of the 5 ways to well-being and will focus on the benefits of being more active. There is a resource handbook that will be circulated to students, providing key points and helpful resource links.
