Course overview:

Guided visualisations use our imagination to picture nice surrounding sceneries. This in turn relaxes the body. This is an advanced, experiential follow-on course.

Course information:

This is a one & a half hour single workshop & is available only to students who have previously completed the Visualisation for Relaxation, Mindfulness Walk or Creating Mindfulness courses. This progression includes a longer guided visualisation in which students build upon the relaxing outdoor space previously designed, as well as experiencing further mindful relaxation techniques.
