Course overview:

Mindful movements can come in many shapes and different applications or practices. Walking as an everyday activity can be utilised to become more aware of sensations in your body. You can also take notice of your environment as you walk to focus on the present moment. You don’t need to have any prior experience to get involved in this 15-minute walk, to be in a gentle motion.

Course information:

This one-off session course engages you to understand the theory of where mindfulness comes from originally. It might be your first group trial to explore whether it works for you and if you want to do it more often. We leave you with recommendations of free resources for continuation.
