Anxiety & Me: My plan to thrive

(FINISHED) – This 3 week course aims to provide a small group of students with the support, techniques and skills to develop their own personalised plan to thrive despite experiencing anxiety. Students will be sent resources and tools relating to anxiety management and their well-being, prior to the course. Week 1 will involve sharing ideas and discussion about these, to help you identify your own recovery plan. Week 2 will involve one to one with trainers to support any areas you, personally , would like to focus on. Week 3 will focus on areas identified by the students for further learning and discussion, so will differ from course to course depending on the request of students.
