Course information:
This 2 session online course complements our in-person Understanding Anxiety course, by approaching the subject differently. It can serve as a great follow-on or introduction to the subject. We will explore non-medical triggers for anxiety such as sleep, lifestyles, diet and the time of year. We will offer some experiential learning to support thriving with anxiety.
