Course overview:

Are we really what we eat? Is there a relationship between what we eat and drink and our mental wellbeing? Which foods can boost our mood and physical wellbeing and which foods may have a more negative impact? Do you know what food works best for you at different times of your life?

Course information:

This 3-session course aims to increase our awareness of how our diet affects our energy levels, mood and daily lives. We will explore some fascinating theories around the link between our guts and brains, including the idea many now have, which is that our gut is a second brain. We will look at tools and tips which may help us live healthier lives and achieve more from each day.
