Course overview:

This is an opportunity for you to discover simple, positive and creative ways of improving your wellbeing, based on positive psychology techniques such as gratitude, compassion and affirmation.

We are drawing upon the creative use of stories, poetry, pictures and other forms of self-expression such as the Recovery College magazine. Having opportunities to share our’ lived experience’, choices, learning and knowledge are empowering.

Course information:

This 3-session course supports you to understand free writing, develop a personalised mantra, explore journaling, improve self-talk by kinder language use and other routine ‘me time’ for making connections. You may also wish to contribute to the Recovery College magazine.
