We all know that our moods fluctuate, however, in Bipolar Disorder there may be distress and impact on many aspects of your life. There may be times when you feel like your brain is on fast-forward – you speak fast, have lots of ideas, don’t sleep and struggle to focus on things. Other times, you may feel that life has lost all its colour. You feel low and everyday things are a real struggle. Many successful and creative people experience Bipolar Disorder and find ways to manage these highs and lows.
This in-person course runs over 4 sessions. We explore topics like:
- How bipolar affects you
- How bipolar affects your friends, family, colleagues and carers
- Strategies that may assist with living with bipolar
- Positive experiences and stories from people who have Bipolar Disorder.
