Course overview:
This 3 week course aims to provide a small group of students with the support, techniques and skills to develop their own personalised plan to thrive despite experiencing anxiety.
Course information:
Students will be sent resources and tools relating to anxiety management and their well-being, prior to the course. Week 1 will involve sharing ideas and discussion about these, to help you identify your own recovery plan. Week 2 will involve one to one with trainers to support any areas you, personally, would like to focus on. Week 3 will focus on areas identified by the students for further learning and discussion, so will differ from course to course depending on the request of students.
