Are we really what we eat? Is there a relationship between what we eat and our mental well-being? Which foods can boost our mood and physical well-being, and which foods may have a more negative impact?
The aim of this workshop is to increase our awareness of how our diet affects our energy levels, mood and daily lives. We will look at tools and tips which may help us live healthier lives and achieve more from each day.
